Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2026
At JustMinds, your privacy matters deeply to us. We believe that trust begins with transparency, and we are committed to protecting the information you share with us.
1. Use of Personal Data

If you have provided us with personal data, we will only use it for the purposes agreed with you or if there is another legal basis in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Hereafter GDPR or in German: DSGVO); this is in compliance with the provisions of data protection and civil law.

We only collect personal data that is required for the implementation and processing of our services or that you have voluntarily provided to us.

We will not process data provided to us for purposes other than those covered by contract or by your consent or otherwise by a provision in accordance with the GDPR.

2. Disclosure and Deletion

As a Client, you have the right to information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing at any time, as well as the right to correction, data transfer, objection, restriction of processing and blocking or deletion of incorrect or inadmissibly processed data.

If there are any changes to your personal data, we request that you inform us accordingly.

You have the right to revoke your consent to the use of your personal data at any time. Your request for information, deletion, correction, objection and/or data transfer, in the latter case provided that this does not involve a disproportionate effort, can be directed to our address.

If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by us violates the applicable data protection law or that your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you have the option of complaining to the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, the competent authority is the data protection authority.

3. Data Security & Server Log Files

Your personal data is protected by appropriate organisational and technical precautions. These precautions relate in particular to protection against unauthorised, illegal or even accidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation.

We communicate with our clients mainly electronically. Therefore, we will communicate with you mainly by email, provided that you give us an email address. We transmit large amounts of data to you with the help of cloud hosting service providers. If you wish to communicate by letter post or by encrypting electronic data, we will be happy to do so at your written request.

Notwithstanding our efforts to maintain a reasonably high standard of due diligence at all times, it cannot be ruled out that information you disclose to us via the Internet may be viewed and used by other persons.

Please note that we therefore accept no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by us and/or unauthorised access by third parties (e.g. hacking attack on email account or telephone, interception of faxes).

In order to optimise our website in terms of system performance, user-friendliness and the provision of useful information about our services, the website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files that your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes your internet protocol address (IP address), browser and language setting, operating system, referrer URL, your internet service provider and the date and time. We do not combine this data with personal data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use of our website.

4. Data Usage & Transmission to Third Parties

We will not process the data provided to us for purposes other than those covered by the client agreement or by your consent or otherwise by a provision in accordance with the GDPR.

We use some of your data for statistical purposes, provided you consent to this or the data provided has been anonymised. This enables us in particular to design our service offer in a more customer-oriented manner and to evaluate marketing measures.

Your data will only be forwarded on the basis of the GDPR, in particular for the fulfilment of your order or on the basis of your prior consent. As a matter of principle, we do not pass on any data to third parties unless obligations and necessities arise from our business relationship (e.g.: invoicing, bookkeeping).

5.  Notice of Data Breaches

Despite all the measures we have taken, data breaches cannot be completely ruled out. However, we take measures to identify data breaches at an early stage, to rectify them quickly and, if necessary, to report them to you and the competent supervisory authority without delay, including the respective categories of data affected.

6. Data Storage

We do not retain data for longer than is necessary to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations and to defend against any liability claims.

If you use the Synapses Prediction Engine or Fatigue Risk Tools, all data is locally stored on your browser. Future features that may include forwarding results to JustMinds for analytical purposes will be entirely by informed consent.
